                   AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE A RIGHT-OF-WAY NAME FOR
                   LEGANCY PARK COURT LOCATED NORTH OF JENKINS
                   ROAD, SOUTHWEST OF EDITH DRIVE TO LEGACY PARK
                   COURT.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the name of Legancy Park
         Court located northwest of Jenkins Road, southwest of Edith 
Drive,
         be and is hereby changed to Legacy Park Court.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
